My Utah trip!

I had such a fun time in Utah! You can probably tell from my wacky pictures hehe. I got to hang out with my friends a lot and I slept over at Calli, Katelyn, and Maddie's house. It was a lot of FUN! I went skating, shopping, (yesss) went to the temple but we couldn't do baptisms because there was a 3- 3 1/2 hour wait!! We went to my old elementary school and helped out my 5th grade teacher, (she rocks!) went out to eat (Cafe Rio, Panda express, Hires's Big H, Wendy's....) visited with my grandparents and had a family party at the James's! I had so much fun at the party and it was great to see a lot of my aunts and uncles and cousins. Maddie, Rylie, and I performed the good-bye song from the Sound of Music for them just for fun, (we decided to do it when Aunt Barbara saw us on the stairs and thought of it) and I think everybody liked it! It was good for me to practice preforming, especially singing because I never had really sung by myself in front of a semi-large audience. (or even large, or small...)

Maddie and I made up this music video to this song called "Shortie like Mine", and that's why in the pictures we are dressed up as gangsters. It was awesome. I also went to Target with Maddie and I had such a fun time hanging out with her! I miss everybody when I'm gone and it's great to go back and visit and we'll be moving back soon. (year and a half) I am enjoying it up here though, I have such great friends, ward, yw leaders, and a good school. I know we were supposed to move here for a reason and it's a great experience! Thanks to Calli's mom for being our chauffeur, and for everyone else who helped me!

Fun Time

Hi everybody, i'm sorry I haven't written in such a long time! I just wanted to post something quick. I'm going to Utah tomorrow!! I'm so excided!!! I get back on Monday though. But i'm going to go skating, SHOPPING, hopefully play Rock Band, and just chill!!! what could be better? The sad thing is that Melissa is moving. I'll be lonely. But I might get her room and i'll have my own bathroom. I sound like such a teenager right? I've got to go for now, but i'll post sometime when I get back and hopefully have pictures!! Ta-ta!

My Favorite Things!

I wanted to use the idea to create my own favorite things list! I love watching it on Oprah every year, it's a lot of fun! I couldn't think of a whole lot, but here they are!

They are really comfortable, stretchy, soft, and cute!

I got one of these for my birthday. They are really fun and entertaining! Mine's pink polka dotted, and it comes with a carrying case. I love it!

My figure skates!

These aren't new, but I love my skates! I love figure skating,

and it's great to have my own pair.

Ugg Boots!

I just got my Uggs in the beginning of this month. They are awesome! They are really warm, comfy, pretty durable, and you can wear them a lot of different ways! When it's that cold outside, you need them.

A world record?

My birthday balloon has lasted 2 months today! It started off with three other balloons, but the last one sunk last week. This is kind of weird to blog about but I think it's kind of cool. Does anyone know if that's a world record?

Brr!!!

It's realllllyy cccold today. Like, it's 5 degrees right now! (that's -14 C for Canada) Plus there is a -24 C windshield. (like -5 F) (Wow I feel like a weatherman.) And the sad part is that it gets COLDER! Yes, I'd rather be in California. So would Jack.

Happy Thanksgiving!

This and last year's Thanksgiving have been different but great! First of all, Canada has Thanksgiving in October, so we were a minority who were celebrating today! It's weird having to go to school on Thanksgiving! Second it's different without much family. We had the sister missionaries, (they are from the states) and friends from church over! The food was really good, and it was lotsa fun! Here are some things i'm thankful for!

- My Young women leaders who are awesome!!
- My fabulous friends! I love you guys!
- The gospel and having the oppurtunity to share it!
- Missionaries! My brother and the missionaries around the world!

My YouTube Debut!

Hey this is pretty cool. We made a movie at YW/YM for our multistake activity this month, (it's a movie contest thing) and it's up on YouTube! It's called The Blair Church Project.
